Smart Contract Engineer

ParallelChain Labs is looking for a Smart Contracts Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of blockchain technology. You will design, develop, and maintain smart contracts for real-world blockchain applications. You will work closely with experienced blockchain and software engineers to turn ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready systems. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to work on challenging blockchain problems, contribute to technical decisions, and have a real impact on the products and technology we build. You have solid experience developing smart contracts with Solidity and a good understanding of Ethereum and the EVM. You are comfortable building, testing, and deploying smart contracts and have experience with tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, or similar frameworks. You understand blockchain fundamentals and care about writing secure, reliable, and maintainable code. You should also have a good understanding of common smart-contract security risks. We value engineers who are curious, take ownership of their work, solve problems independently, and enjoy working with a strong technical team. Experience with DeFi, blockchain protocols, smart-contract security, Layer 1/Layer 2 systems, or other Web3 technologies is a plus. Experience with Rust, Go, TypeScript, or Python is also a plus, but not required.
