Key Responsibilities 1. P2P Business Growth & Strategy - Support and execute operational strategies to expand Toobit’s C2C market share. - Analyze market trends, supply–demand patterns, and pricing to identify opportunities. - Design region-based growth plans and contribute to business acquisition strategies. 2. Merchant Management & Crypto Payment Rules - Develop and manage merchant qualification standards, onboarding workflows, and tiered merchant systems. - Establish and continuously optimize crypto payment rules, merchant policies, and trading guidelines. - Monitor merchant reliability, payment performance, dispute ratios, and overall quality. 3. Operational Process & Quality Control - Improve operational flows for onboarding, trading processes, dispute handling, and after-sales support. - Build merchant/user performance scoring systems and implement quality audits. - Drive continuous optimization of P2P product usability and merchant tools. 4. Risk Management - Identify abnormal merchant/user behaviors, fraud patterns, and payment risks. - Work with Risk, Compliance, and AML teams to refine KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring rules. - Implement merchant/user restrictions when risk thresholds are triggered. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to launch new P2P features and payment enhancements. - Partner with BD teams to recruit high-quality merchants and improve liquidity. - Coordinate with Customer Support and Compliance to resolve operational issues and disputes. 6. P2P 业务增长与策略执行 - 执行 Toobit 的 C2C 增长策略，提升区域市场占有率与交易量。 - 分析市场走势、供需结构、用户行为，挖掘增长机会。 - 制定区域运营计划并支持商户拓展策略。 2. 商户管理与加密支付规则制定 - 负责商户准入标准、审核机制、分级管理体系的建设。 - 制定、优化 Crypto 支付规则、商户交易规则、运营制度。 - 监控商户支付成功率、交易表现、争议情况与质量表现。 3. 运营流程与质量管理 - 优化商户入驻、交易流程、争议处理、售后支持等运营机制。 - 建立商户/用户绩效评分体系，推进质量审核与整改。 - 与产品团队合作，不断提升 P2P 产品可用性。 4. 风控管理 - 识别异常行为与潜在欺诈风险，制定防范规则。 - 与合规/AML 团队合作优化 KYC/KYB、链上监测与支付风控规则。 - 根据风险等级对商户或用户实施限制措施。 5. 跨部门协作 - 与产品、技术团队合作上线新功能及商户工具。 - 与 BD 团队合作拓展优质商户、提升市场流动性。 - 与客服、合规团队协作处理用户争议与商户问题。 6. 活动与流动性提升 - 协助策划 P2P 运营活动，激活休眠用户、吸引新交易用户。 - 设计商户激励计划和区域流动性提升方案。

任职要求

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1–2 years in crypto P2P/C2C operations, payments, fintech, or related fields. - Strong understanding of P2P merchant models, payment methods, and global crypto trading habits. - Experience in merchant onboarding, payment rule-setting, liquidity operations, or risk control. - Familiarity with AML/KYC/KYB and fraud-prevention workflows. - Strong data-driven mindset and communication skills. - Ability to work in English; other regional languages are a plus.
