1️⃣ Minimum 3 years of business development experience at a centralized cryptocurrency exchange (CEX), with mandatory experience promoting contract trading products. 2️⃣ Stay closely attuned to industry trends, hot topics, and resource developments. Possess proven methods for developing and evaluating channel resources, with a track record of effectively driving business outcomes (e.g., trading volume, fee revenue). 3️⃣ Familiar with user acquisition strategies for the Chinese market and diverse user psychology. Have a solid understanding of contract trading, wealth management products, and other derivatives, with professional trading knowledge. 4️⃣ Knowledge of common rebate structures and strong business negotiation skills. 5️⃣ Demonstrated strong business development capabilities, team leadership mindset, and a results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 6️⃣ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
