Senior Product Manager

You will work closely with our engineering, research, and leadership teams to define what we build, why we build it, and how it should work. Your main focus will be on token-related products and smart-contract functionality. You will turn business and user needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineers to bring those ideas from concept to production. You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle — from researching ideas and defining product requirements to development, launch, and improvement. This is an early and important role, with significant ownership over product direction. You will have the opportunity to help shape products and protocols rather than simply manage an existing roadmap.

- Define product direction for token and smart-contract products. - Work with engineering to define smart-contract functionality and requirements. - Translate product and business ideas into clear technical specifications. - Define user flows for wallets, tokens, transactions, and other Web3 interactions. - Work with engineers throughout development, testing, and deployment. - Prioritize features and manage product trade-offs. - Research blockchain and Web3 markets to identify new product opportunities. - Collect user and market feedback and use it to improve products. - Work with leadership to define product strategy and roadmap. - Take ownership of product delivery and outcomes. We are particularly interested in candidates based in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore, or candidates who are comfortable working closely with teams in these regions.
