Web3 Analyst and Researcher Job Responsibilities ● Conduct research and analysis for trending topics in web3 industry, including but not limited to Blockchain, DeFi, NFT, GameFi, etc, timely monitor and analyze market movements and news; ● Deep analysis in crypto market, including but not limited to market trends, crypto trading, token performance, Defi project, exchange and custody risks, blockchain development, etc, conduct research reports with valuable insights; ● Collaborate with fellow researchers and engineers to refine and enhance the product design, tokenomics structure, and other value-added features ● Represent the company's research initiatives at industry conferences and seminars ● Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis reports, dashboards, and visual tools to facilitate senior management in comprehending business performance and potential risks.

Deep interest and knowledge of Web 3.0 and blockchain is required and familiar with blockchain and crypto markets; Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrate a proven track record in Web 3.0 research, evidenced by published research papers. Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Be self-driven and capable of working independently, as well as effectively collaborating within a team environment.
