Senior UI/UX Designer

1. Design intuitive UI and smooth UX for our Web3 dashboard (task escrow, reputation system, rewards). 2. Create cohesive visual guidelines and a brand design system across website, dApp, and marketing materials. 3. Collaborate with product, frontend, and marketing teams to translate product concepts into high-fidelity interfaces. 4. Prototype user flows for both desktop and mobile, ensuring consistency and accessibility. 5. Contribute creative assets (graphics, icons, infographics, motion ideas) to enhance brand storytelling. 6. Iterate quickly based on feedback and user data to continuously refine product experience.

3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience (preferably in SaaS or Web3). Skilled in Figma (or equivalent design tools). Strong sense of hierarchy, composition, and component-based design. Understanding of crypto/Web3 user experience is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
