- Plan and execute new UX flow designs, ensuring alignment with user needs. - Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life, ensuring high-quality output and ongoing maintenance. - Balance user requirements with technical constraints, helping transform team concepts into visually compelling designs. - Conduct research, define design scope, and estimate timelines for deliverables. - Lead the execution of visual UI design tasks, ensuring consistency and creativity. - Apply brand guidelines to create cohesive and engaging interfaces across platforms. - Manage design timelines and task prioritization effectively. - Communicate design challenges and progress to the team, managing client expectations with clarity.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the crypto industry. - Passion for achieving pixel-perfect design implementations and demonstrating the essence of great design to the team. - Proficiency in design tools and technologies, such as Figma. - Strong communication skills and effective time management. - A sharp eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. - Knowledge of crypto and blockchain is a bonus. - Experience presenting design concepts to stakeholders, from ideation to final delivery. - Experience with motion design using After Effects.
